Ginde aluminum plastic PP-R composite pipe system is a new environmental-friendly construction material which is independently developed by us ,with 7 national patents. Heating method is adopted for connection ,making that strength at the connection point is far above strength of the pipe rather than being reduced. The tightness of the pipe system has been improved as well. It is convenient for installation and reliable on performance .Advantage of PP-R pipe system and aluminum plastic composite system has been integrated in the system ,which will have remarkable influence on spread of aluminum plastic composite pipe system. It is renewed product to replace the traditional galvanized pipe .

Cold and hot water pipe and drink water system, making sure that secondary pollution caused by the water is eliminated.

Production and inspection

1.The German UNICOR aluminum plastic composite pipe production line, which is the most advanced production line at present internationally. Many advanced techniques have been adopted , such as extrusion together with five layers, ultrasonic lap welding, etc.
2.Traditional injection moulding technique is used PP-R pipe fittings moulding
3.Major testing machines , such as universal tensile testing machine, burst testing machine, electronic tensile testing machine, fusion index instrument, etc.
